The Problem

Involving beneficiaries in defining and mapping out their recovery is a well-known treatment tactic and may help prevent the need for more intensive traditional service.  Although many beneficiaries and their family members share an interest in developing services, not all have the expertise or training to organize, implement and sustain the programs they envision. 

The Goal
